  The way I see it, the people on the outside of the organization don't give a crap about this little insignificant cult. They look at us as a minor joke on a late night comedy monologue and go on with their lives. The world does not revolve around the WT organization as they would like us to believe. The only thing we can do in this age of communications, is keep this pedophile issue in the forefront of any could be converts to this dangerous cult by ways of the television, newspaper and Internet. The WT tactics of old will not work in this age of communications.

  Religion Explained

  this is about the most ambitious book title i can remember.

  religious studies have been able to collect and present millions of facts about the world's religions, and made a lot of fascinating general theories about belief, myth and rituals, but it would be stretching the truth a lot to say that any general theory of religions stand out as totally convincing.. so far, nobody has even been able to produce a totally convincing defintion of the word "religion".. but if anyone can produce a book actually explaining religion in a credible way, it must be pascal boyer.

  i read his book the naturalness of religious ideas: a cognitive theory of religion for my master's exam, and it was really an eye opener in many ways.

  QUALIFIED ELDERS---WHERE ARE THEY?

  lately, more and more elders are either resigning or being deleted.

  a few elders have been known to be "good elders", brothers that really did care about the flock more than the organization.

  some that are presently elders are having their own crisis of conscience.most elders that i have come to know are quite simply, not that bright.

  All you would need is one precedent setting case to be won and then the flood gates would be open to any other similar lawsuit. That is why the WT will go to any costs to drag out and stall the first suite. You are right the problem is they have the money to stall a lawsuit indefinitely until either the plaintiff gives up, settles for a lesser amount out of court or dies off. If they settle out of court you bet that the plaintiff would have to sign something that they are not allowed to discuss the details and that the WT is not taking blame. Either way the WT would still win in the end.

  I see new light coming in the horizon... The WT will hide their assists by changing the corporate name to something else. I am wondering if this is possible? I am not a lawyer but it seems to me that is a way companies get around the loophole by moving their assists.
